Pompeii Casts. Victim 57 found outside the Porta Nola between the 2nd of August and the 21st of  September 1976.

Victim 57. Cast #57 and pXRF measuring points (1–6).
The cast #57 is an adult individual (25–30 years old). He was found supine and has some flexed or lopsided anatomical areas. 
The skull is inclined to the right and the chest is straight, presenting its coxofemoral joint slightly rotated towards its medial aspect.
The cast #57 shows dental wear of the incisors and canines of the upper jaw, product of its axial shaft, and erosion of the lower incisors.

Some imprints of the fabric of a tunic are visible near the side and the left thigh.
The body was found between the 2nd of August and the 21st of September 1976, outside the Porta Nola near the tomb of M. Obellius Firmus.

The photo has been touched in in places for publication so it is difficult to be certain but comparing with the plan above could suggest: victim 56 rear to the left? Victim 57 with arm outstretched? Victim 61 on the lower right? Victim number 5 with the sheathed knife recorded by De Caro would have been in this group also.
